Yes! We offer Free Shipping in Switzerland for all orders above 150CHF.
When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
Please allow 72 hours (Working days) after your purchase for us to process your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
How long until I receive my order?
Shipping usually takes 7-14 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.
We are offering tracking and deliveries upon signature for all our orders over 50CHF.

What about duties and Tax?
Please be aware that the Customs policies depends on the country of the importer. For more information, please contact your local customs office directly.
The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees.
SunsuBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless it is lost or stolen during transit. That's why we offer tracked shipping for most orders and parcels where the status "Delivered" or "Completed" will be deemed as delivered. Please make sure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.
Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the order and free shipping applies to total purchase after promotional codes are applied. For purchases over 3kg, please email us at contact@sunsubeauty.com to arrange shipping.
All our prices do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for domestic and international orders. SunsuBeauty is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes and additional costs associated with international orders. Thank you for your understanding.
We strongly advise you to use an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday to Friday. If no one is available to collect the parcel, the courier might leave the parcel at the address only if it is deemed safe to do so, otherwise you are responsible for picking up the parcel at a location given to you.
If a parcel is returned to Sunsubeauty because it was unclaimed or had the incorrect address submitted with the order, the customer is responsible for an additional handling & postage fee of $20/20CHF to have it re-delivered. If you prefer a refund on the returned parcel, we will deduct $20/20CHF off the total order amount (excluding Express Shipping charges) to cover handling & postage fees. Sunsubeauty is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacement packages.
